Loomis Family Insurance Agency Alerts is a text messaging program operated by Loomis Family Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency located in Troy, New York. Customers and prospective customers who opt in will receive text messages related to their insurance quotes, policies, and service requests. This includes quote follow-ups and requests for information needed to complete a quote, policy documents and renewal notices, billing and payment reminders, claims status updates, appointment reminders, and responses to questions you send us. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature and are sent only to individuals who have provided express written consent.

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on loomisservices.com, by providing your mobile number and consent verbally or in writing to a licensed agent at our office, or by texting us first at 518-900-2026. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with our agency. You may receive recurring messages. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to all messages sent and received. Loomis Family Insurance Agency does not charge for this service.
